It’s a great app. I do wish there were more customization options available on the free plan, but I’m still happy with what’s included. It’s really valuable for small shops, even with current limitations. I plan to upgrade to the paid plan once my order volume increases significantly.

Kelly was very helpful in resolving an issue where the bot wasn’t recognizing my product information when customers asked questions.

This is the best AI Chatbot on the market. It has everything. And when I need help setting something up I get access to live support. I had the pleasure of being helped by Kelly and she is amazing.
