Have used this app for over a year and out of no where, no warning blocked my access to the app and changed the pricing from Free to $15/month. I would have to sign up to pay to further access the app. Not worth it for my company. My access to the app was cut off on or before the day they sent me an email about the pricing change. They claim they send it ahead of time but I have no emails from them before that exact day. Terrible way for them to handle this. $15/month is was too high for a gift card app.

We’d like to inform you that our pricing structure has recently been updated. The Free plan is now intended for small and new stores, while growing stores are required to upgrade to the Premium plan to continue using the app and accessing all features.
This update was implemented to better align our pricing with Shopify’s merchant plans and to ensure that we can continue providing stable performance, ongoing feature improvements, and dedicated support for active stores. Our goal is to maintain the quality and reliability of the service while supporting merchants as they scale their businesses.
Please rest assured that we communicated this change transparently in advance. An email notification regarding the pricing update was sent to merchants prior to the release so they could review the changes and prepare accordingly.
To continue using the app and access all features, kindly proceed with selecting the Premium plan within the app. Once the plan is activated, you will be able to resume using the app normally.

The basic function of the app was fine but they suddenly blocked my access with a discount offer that I had to select to proceed. I was on the free tier before. I paid to get my customer information and leave. I hope I can get a refund for the 20 minutes of premium I used.
The app also has this pop-up that you can't exit inviting you to 'Read more' or 'Skip' (or something like this). Both options take you to the same place, and it occurs multiple times in a single session.

To continue using the app without interruption, please select the Premium plan within the app. Once activated, all features will be available again immediately.
