The app works as advertised, and the price can't be beat. When I've needed support, it has usually been available within a reasonable timeframe. However, once with a critical error, it was difficult to obtain quick assistance due to the time difference.

I would have given them 5 stars except that the product has taken a step backward. In the past, you could change the price and add a tag with the same edit. We use tags to trigger other functions when sales are run. Now they have separated the two edits, so you have to create two separate edits for each product in the sale. This is a definite downgrading of the app. I don't know if in the past they allowed other multiple field edits because I didn't need them. However, it looks like you can now only edit one field per task.

This app is far more than a price editor - there are many fields that can be updated. I am proficient in Excel but using this tool instead has been easy, intuitive and certainly saves me a lot of time! The customer support is A+ as well. Highly recommended addition to your suite of tools!
