UPDATE: This app is great for in-person pick up. Its one of the most customizable apps. The developer reached out and apologized stating that the email i received was an error and has been very helpful in getting the app back on my store and customized to match my UI. It's refreshing to see a developer actually care.
The app itself was wonderful and would get 5 stars, but they just sent an email and gave users 4 days to accept their new monthly charge. I'm irritated the developer did not give us adequate time to find alternatives or notify our customers they would no longer have the option to pick up. Sadly, my store is very small in revenue and $5/mo does eat into my margins as an emerging 3 month old brand.
Ali was amazing to work with. I was having technical issues with my Genie Store Pickup app, and he helped troubleshoot everything and get it fully back on track.
