Très bon support client, Val a été réactif et attentif à nos besoins. Nous avions besoin d’accéder à certaines données clients afin de vérifier si les rendez vous menaient à un achat en boutique, ce qui est important pour mesurer l’efficacité du drive to store. Cette option n’était pas encore disponible mais Val a immédiatement proposé de faire remonter la demande à l’équipe de développement.
