Trendsi: Fashion Dropshipping

I have used this app for quite a while now over a year maybe more. However they have stopped carrying Brand name clothing. Without brand names no one would find my store. This is now useless to me. I have sold quite a bit using Trendsi in the past and it looks like that is over now.

I placed my first order on Trendsi from my Shopify account, and Tendsi has not received the order. I then placed a second order, and again they have not received the order. So their order sync doesnt work1 Then they ask me for a million screenshots, like i must do all the work when their system is at fault. If orders dont sync to them, whats the use of this app? Also just found out their prices dont update either. Quite useless actually!!!

WARNIG: Trendsi does not update inventory daily. They do it just once every week and that is why the reason lots of the seller cannot get their orders fulfilled beacuse they doxnot traxk inventory. I placed an order for my client and AFTER 5 DAYS of making the payment they cancelled the order with no explanation. I had to come to customer chat to request a reason of why and they just said "sorry the product is out of stock" even when I contcated support 2 days after I placed the order to make sure rhey will send it to the client on time. So trendsi docnot care about your clients nor you rhey all care anout rhe membership you oay them beacuse eather if you make a sale or not they still get tour monthly money. So becarefull. I will unistsll rhis app for such of horrible service. My client is very mad and now I have a negative complaint on my store.
