It integrates well with Shopify, offering powerful customization options like text, images, and clipart, plus complex forms and dynamic fields. The app is user-friendly, requiring no coding, and performs smoothly on desktop and mobile. It's cost-effective, easy to set up, and supported by a responsive team praised for quick issue resolution.
Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail.
The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.
Very fast and helpful support. We had a problem setting up a mask image for the editor, and the support team immediately provided a solution and even created the necessary special image file for us.

From day one, they’ve been patient, detailed, and willing to walk through complex setup questions, especially around variant image mapping, multi-side product views, and making sure the personalizer behaves exactly how we need it to for a real production environment. They don’t just give generic answers, they actually check configurations, explain options clearly, and help implement solutions.
They’ve been supportive while we build a structured, scalable system for color variants, multiple garment sides, and accurate visual rendering - which is critical for a serious custom apparel store.
The app itself is powerful, flexible, and gives customers a smooth visual customization experience. Once configured properly, it opens up a lot of possibilities for professional product personalization.
