Fantastic app and even better support!
We had an issue with assigning the correct VAT rate for EU orders in Xero, as we’re based in Northern Ireland and still part of the EU customs union. Lech from support was incredibly responsive and worked tirelessly to resolve this and several other small issues for us — everything is now working perfectly.
The installation and setup are straightforward, but if you’re unsure about any settings, just reach out to their support team. They reply quickly and are always willing to help. Highly recommended!
So glad there is an app to connect to Xero as I did not want to have to move everything from there! Needed a little hand holding from my accountant on initial set up, everything has been very smooth since there. Looking forward to the in-app integration to streamline even more.
