This app stopped the small fraudulent orders being used to test stolen credit cards on our website BEFORE it goes through checkout. Shopify settings and the other fraud apps couldn't seem to stop it until post checkout.

I set it up with some basic block settings initially and was able to block fraudulent orders, then they started coming in again and I reached out to support over chat. They helped setup some new features and I have stopped getting fraudulent orders. So far, so good!

MIDA has been excellent for us. It’s a genuinely production-capable Shopify app with a strong range of tools for controlling bots, suspicious traffic and fraudulent behaviour without making the setup unnecessarily complicated.
The support has also been first class. Responsive, knowledgeable and willing to help properly when you’re dealing with real-world issues on a live store.
We’ve been very impressed with both the app and the team behind it. If you’re running a serious Shopify operation and need better control over bot and fraud traffic, MIDA is well worth considering. Highly recommended.
