The Project Coordinator has been supportive and helpful in addressing ongoing logistics issues. However, we are still facing challenges with the logistics integration in certain areas, leading to increased RTO cases and customer complaints regarding deliveries. In some cases, parcels are returned without reaching customers, and there have also been instances of non-brand products being received in returned shipments. Additionally, claims for such cases have not been provided in most instances.
A special thanks to Naveen for the excellent support and quick assistance throughout our experience with Shipway. He has always been responsive, helpful, and proactive in resolving issues on time.
