Excellent app and even better support.

We had an integration issue with another Shopify app that was affecting our checkout flow, and the Melon support team responded very quickly, understood the problem straight away, and helped get everything working properly.

Really impressed with how prompt, helpful and knowledgeable the support was. The app itself does exactly what we need for our order-limit rules, and knowing the team is so responsive gives us a lot of confidence using it long term.

Works perfectly for my needs. We prepackage herbs but inventory needs to be by the ounce. If each bag is 4oz it allows the customer to buy in even 4s so inventory stays correct on our site and in store.

Melon has been amazingly helpful in our inventory control. We run a dual business with a online presence for retail while we otherwise service Doctors Offices, Hospitals and Clinics. This effectively put a stop to over ordering from many of our online customers that left us with basically nothing left overnight for our regular clinics to fulfill their needs. I now don't have to be paying attention to their last order; just put a block on over ordering in for those products that seem to always run out of stock for us. Thank You!
