Die App funktioniert in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr gut. Vor allem die Anbindungen an Shopify / DHL / amazon etc. sind super einfach.
Die Artikelanlage ist sehr übersichtlich und man kann sein Sortiment schnell hinterlegen.
Etwas schwieriger wird es bei der Erstellung von Preislisten und der Zuordnung von Rechnungsvorlagen. Bei den Rechnungsvorlagen würde ich mir B2B-wirksame Einstellungen wünschen.

Ganz schlecht funktioniert der Kundendatenimport. Hier hilft allerdings der Billbee Customer Service, der freundlich ist und relativ schnell.

Alles in allem bisher ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gegenüber anderen Warenwirtschaftsanbietern. Die volle Funktionalität kann ich allerdings noch nicht bewerten, da wir die Software noch nicht im operativen Tagesablauf eingebunden haben.

Für mich ist Billbee nicht nur eine App, sondern eine wirkliche Arbeitserleichterung. Eine Schnittstelle, auf die man sich verlassen kann. Das gilt im übrigen auch für den Support - in all den Jahren musste ich ihn vor kurzem das erste mal kontaktieren. Meine Herausforderung wurde binnen 24h gelöst!

Ich bin happy und bleibe weiterhin überzeugter Kunde. Macht weiter so! Danke.
