Terrible customer service. Signup for thr App, emailed the support, no reply. They send you to a link where you can track your request, not able to login and not able to register since they say i am already registered.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I personally tested your store's configuration last Friday and found no technical fault; the app was working exactly as set up, which is why it wasn't flagged as an urgent case. I replied promptly during our support hours (Mon–Fri) and have continued to help you since.

As for the login issue: since our support runs via email, portal accounts don't get an automatic activation email; happy to trigger one if you'd like.
