Merchants highly recommend this app for digital gift notes, gift cards, and multi‑gifting, calling it a must‑have for gifting brands and peak seasons. They report higher gift sales, new customer acquisition, and reduced warehouse and support workload. Key highlights include timed email/SMS delivery, a native‑feeling UI, strong Shopify and marketing integrations, useful analytics, and responsive “white glove” support that makes setup and scaling bulk or corporate gifting easy.
The gift giving a gift card experience has been great and solved a major issue for our customers. They are able to leave a gift note easily and the follow up flows are great for retention. Very easy to use and easy to integrate!
This app has been fantastic for us due to our 3PL constraints in adding a physical gift note. It has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort and has generated revenue from gifted prospects.
So far, so good! Admittedly we haven't fully utilized the multi-ship features yet, but the gifting and gift card experience has been a vast improvement. Easy to use, integration with Klaviyo is great, and the team is very responsive and helpful. There are some other platforms/apps out there for gifting and corporate/multi-ship that might be a little more polished, but when considering costs, this app provides a lot of value.
