This app provides a quick and effective solution to track low stock products and replenish them. Merchbees notifies you and your vendor when the inventory of product is below a chosen threshold. This way, you can restock the products before they are out of stock. You can also set the maximum stock level (order up to level), and Merchbees calculates the reorder quantity automatically. With forecasting module, thresholds are calculated based on the sales velocity of each product and updated daily.

I've had this app on my store for a while and as a micro-batch skincare brand with quite a few handmade products, I find this app really helpful for monitoring and keeping on top of my stock levels as it alerts me when I need to make more (you can set the stock thresholds to suit your needs). My tech manager set this up for me but I recently had to update it to adjust the products included - I didn't find this process immediately intuitive (as I'm a technophobe) but the support team was very responsive and helped me figure it out very quickly! Highly recommend :)
App does not allow us to do export of our data that we need to apply to our other store.
Support is not able or willing to help us do this export and import for us, therefore we need to do everything manually.

Unfortunately, Shopify uses different variant IDs for each store, and because our app depends on those IDs, settings cannot be transferred automatically between stores.
We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you were hoping for a simpler solution. If there had been a reliable way for us to do this for you, we would have gladly helped.

The app is so helpful in keeping track of my inventory remotely. It ensures that I don't get caught off guard and I can set custom alerts that give me exactly the information I need. Super easy and I don't know how I lived without it. Great customer support as well~
