The app works just fine, but I am a bit frustrated with the fact that in the .xls containing all the information about invoiced shipments, all the surcharges, discounts and shipment prices are placed in the same column. This is a hard to read and thus it is hard to understand exactly what you are billed for each shipment.
Tja wij gebruiken dit al 2 jaar en er veranderd niks. Meest basale app die er bestaat. Wordt weinig aandacht aan besteed. Als je kleine webshop heb zal het redelijk gaan. Als je bijvoorbeeld op printen drukt. Doet hij niks. Geen error bijvoorbeeld. Moet je zelf maar uitzoeken welke klant een verkeerd adres heeft ingevuld. Zo zijn er nog veel irritante en tijdrovende bugs die niet opgelost worden. Succes in November en December met drukke tijden. Meerdere malen contact gezocht, maar shopify is nog te klein voor ze denk ik. Wij zijn eindelijk overgestapt naar Sendcloud. Wat een verademing zeg. Klantenservice is goed als je ze belt. Ook raar prijsbeleid qua staffels. Prijs veranderd bijvoorbeeld niet automatisch als je bepaalde grens bereikt. Wellicht komen we nog eens terug

Het is vervelend om te horen dat je de MyParcel Shopify app basaal vond. Echter hebben wij de afgelopen 2 jaar veel wijzigingen gedaan en er staan zeker nog vele aanpassingen op de planning voor de MyParcel Shopify app.
Wij hopen dan ook, dat je de app nogmaals een kans wilt geven. Eventueel is het ook mogelijk om samen de applicatie in te stellen zodat alles naar wens zal functioneren.
Lang gewacht op de MyParcel app en super blij mee. Het scheelt een hoop tijd. Je kan nu eenvoudig met 1 druk op de knop de labels printen en als het bij PostNL is ingescand wordt de bestelling automatisch op "fullfilled" gezet. Geen extra handelingen meer nodig dus. Ook fijn dat mijn klanten nu voor een PostNL afhaallocatie kunnen kiezen. Voor deze optie wordt al veel gebruik van gemaakt. Absoluut een aanrader als je met Shopify werkt en met PostNL je pakketten wilt versturen.
