I have multiple orders and none of them met my 6-10 days business days shipping date that I have paid more money for, I have multiple orders that did not arrive to my costumers so they also asked for a refund, I have lost my business and a lot of money due this. None should use this platform, its a huge scam.

Delays may occur in cases of supplier stockouts or public holidays. If you experience long waiting periods in the future, please reach out to your dedicated agent or our support team for investigation and escalation.
Please also note that all displayed shipping times are average estimations based on historical logistics data. Actual delivery may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, customs clearance and public holidays.
