Merchants value this app for automating store duplication, saving time and effort. It efficiently copies products, themes, pages, and more, with a user-friendly interface suitable for non-technical users. The app is praised for reliable performance and responsive customer support. Easy to set up and cost-effective, it offers significant savings compared to hiring developers for duplication tasks.
We happily used the app for months and while mostly it worked fine, their dev team makes big changes to functionality without warning. So if you're using this as part of your business then expect problems to arise. Their latest changes renders the app entirely unfit for our purpose and despite us asking for them to roll back to a previous feature (which worked perfectly), we now have had no option but to cancel and find an alternative app. Their support team was unwilling to help find a solution.
Overall, the service is excellent. The support team is responsive, professional, and very helpful. Issues are handled quickly and fairly, including the refund process. I’ve used the service multiple times and have always had a good experience. I would definitely recommend it and will continue using it in the future.
This is a fantastic app, it made the transfer of everything we needed from an EU partner website to our .co.uk new website. The team at Duplify are very professional and I would like to specially mention Inna, who has been so helpful and gives great customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Duplify and Shopify to anyone :)
