Videos can only be uploaded on their platform as they don’t have their own server. The live support box never works and is always blank. Support is only via email, and replies take 2–3 days. Overall, the lack of proper support makes it very difficult and frustrating to work with this platform.

We’ve had a very difficult time getting our videos to show on our website using Reelfy. When we reached out for support, we were directed to a link with instructions, but they weren’t very clear or easy to follow. When I got stuck and asked for additional help, I was sent back to the exact same link again with no further clarification.
At this point, we still haven’t been able to get the videos to appear on our site, and the support process has felt repetitive rather than genuinely helpful. The app seems to have potential, but the onboarding and support experience really needs improvement.
