Merchants recommend this app for handling complex shipping needs that Shopify can’t manage natively. They use it to set precise rules by location, product type, weight, price, and tags, enabling fair rates for everything from small parcels to heavy freight and rural surcharges. Many say it’s essential to their business, citing reliable performance, clear documentation, and fast, knowledgeable support that helps design and troubleshoot detailed shipping setups.
Super simple and straight forward product that does what it says and does it well. Support is beyond top notch, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue they could have easily pushed off, instead they dove in head first to fix it. Member for life!
I have been using Parcelify for years now! There team is the best when it comes to needing extra support!
I have been using Parcelify for many years and have multiple Shopify stores that use it. Every time I have a question, I get a thorough answer explaining exactly what to do. Just had a question today, and within minutes, a detailed explanation with screenshots was provided.
Kudos to the Parcelify team for not only great support but also an excellent product that handles so many different and complex shipping scenarios. As you can see, I highly recommend giving them a try.
