We have been using this app for over a month now, and the experience has been excellent. The team has even made custom changes at no extra cost to better fit our sales process. Their chat support is incredibly responsive usually replying within just two minutes. Really easy setup.
I just ploughed into it blindly and it did exactly what we needed it to.
Shopify wouldn't let us do a Buy X, get Y promo on a product which already had an amount off product discount. With Kite this was easy and possible.
Support were right there helping us to tweak and get it perfect.
